Before you write to us
Your first point of contact is the BUDVAR sales agent for your region or a Customer Care Advisor at BUDVAR head office. They will advise you on product choice, answer technical questions and guide you through the next steps: quotation, measurement and installation.
We usually reply to messages sent via the form or e-mail within 24 hours on business days. For urgent matters it is best to call the helpline.
The agent does not take measurements in person. After speaking with you, they arrange the measurement and quotation in your region and pass on the contact details of the person who will handle it. Write to us and the agent will get back to you within 24 hours.
