A residential estate in the south-western part of Łódź, at 80 Pienista Street, near Lublinek Forest. The development was completed in Q4 2023. The complex features relaxation zones (Green Lobby), a sensory playground, CCTV and parking spaces ready for EV chargers. BUDVAR supplied the windows for this project.
