PVC profiles — Titanium Technology
BUDVAR is one of the few companies that has independently designed and manufactures its own window profile, which forms the base of the frame, i.e. the window structure. This lets us control quality from the very start of the production process. To the PVC we add a special blend of titanium compound — thanks to which our windows offer outstanding thermal performance, high rigidity and strength, exceptional gloss and very high resistance to discolouration.
Window gaskets — two sealing systems
A PVC window gasket plays a crucial role in delivering effective thermal and acoustic insulation. Our range includes windows with three gaskets (MD system), two gaskets (AD system) and windows that can be retrofitted with a third gasket using our proprietary solution — the third-gasket clip.
Invisible welds — V-Perfect technology
With attention to detail, we manufacture our windows using V-Perfect technology. The welds are perfectly even, almost invisible, and their smooth surface is easy to keep clean. V-Perfect technology improves window quality — durable joints extend the service life and increase protection against wind, noise and temperature differences.
Weather resistance — Class S
BUDVAR PVC windows are modern plastic windows that withstand extremely harsh weather conditions and the negative effects of solar radiation, as confirmed by the Class S certificate — issued by the independent German institute SKZ — TeConA GmbH. The certificate confirms production stability, maintaining a consistent, repeatable quality level. Ultimately, this means BUDVAR windows are durable; they keep their shape and tightness even after many years, ensuring everyday usage comfort.
We produce responsibly and sustainably
100% free of lead, cadmium and other heavy metals
Our products are made entirely from safe materials. To produce profiles, i.e. window frames, manufacturers use both new raw material and regranulate obtained from processed old window frames bought back from the market. At BUDVAR we use new, tested raw material and regranulate sourced 100% only from our own production. This gives us full certainty about its composition. For every window and door we produce we hold a certificate confirming that they contain no additives of lead, cadmium or other heavy-metal compounds.
